Giani.ai provides AI-powered tools for:

• Document analysis
• Summarization
• Semantic search
• Knowledge extraction
• Slide generation and quality review within PowerPoint

The Service may be accessed through:

• The Giani.ai web platform
• Microsoft Word add-in
• Microsoft PowerPoint add-in

Features may evolve, be modified, or discontinued over time.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal authority to upload and process documents
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the rights to upload content.

To access certain features, users may need to create an account. Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Protecting authentication credentials and tokens
• All activities under their account

Unauthorized access must be reported immediately.

Users may upload: PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint files, spreadsheets, and images.

Users retain full ownership of their content.

By uploading content, users grant Giani.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Important: Giani.ai does not use customer content to train AI models.

Giani.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service, including the Giani.ai PowerPoint and Word add-ins, solely for your internal business or personal use in accordance with these Terms.

This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service remain with Giani.ai and its licensors.

Your license to use the Service will automatically terminate if you violate these Terms or if your account is suspended or terminated.

Giani.ai relies on third-party infrastructure and AI providers, including: Microsoft Azure, Anthropic, and Google Gemini.

Data may be processed by these providers only to deliver the Service. They do not gain rights to user content beyond what is necessary.

• Data is not used by Giani.ai or its providers for model training
• Data is processed transiently and not retained beyond what is necessary to provide the Service

Users agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Disrupt system operations
• Reverse engineer or extract source code
• Bypass security protections
• Interfere with service availability
• Violate intellectual property rights

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

Users must not misuse the platform or AI systems. Prohibited activities include:

• Automated scraping or large-scale extraction
• Unauthorized bot or script access
• Probing or reverse engineering AI systems
• Prompt injection or manipulation attempts
• Extracting system prompts or configurations
• Excessive automated queries to bypass safeguards
• Use the Service or its outputs to develop, train, or improve any competing AI or machine learning models.

Giani.ai may enforce rate limits, restrictions, or suspensions.

Giani.ai does not guarantee accuracy or reliability. The Service is designed to assist professional workflows, not replace professional judgment.

Enterprise offerings may include dedicated usage limits, custom infrastructure, and additional contractual terms.

Access to certain features of Giani.ai may require participation in a pilot program, enterprise agreement, or paid subscription plan.

All pricing, billing, and subscription management are handled directly by Giani.ai and are governed by separate commercial agreements. Microsoft does not process payments for, or have any responsibility related to, such transactions.

Giani.ai does not store payment information directly within the Add-in.

In the absence of wilful misfeasance, bad faith, gross negligence or reckless disregard of obligations or duties hereunder on our part, we will not be subject to liability to you:

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs, resulting from or arising out of your act, default or omission in your use of our Services.
